Peter Murray has 25 years experience in human resources management in manufacturing, wholesale and retail sites both in Australia and New Zealand at both strategic Board and operational levels.

As a Senior Consultant to The Grey Group Peter has undertaken major projects in engineering, construction, automotive, energy and manufacturing industries.

His work has included conceiving, developing, negotiating and implementing workplace agreements, planning and implementing outsourcing, in-sourcing and internal restructuring of business units, recruitment of senior executives and the development and negotiation of employment contracts and flexible remuneration packages.  He has also initiated and implemented reviews and major revisions of occupational health and safety policies, procedures and practices.

Peter brings sound analytical and problem solving skills, strong task orientation and attention to detail, as well as strong communication skills.
